This proposal aims to unify the tagging of Czech (conventional=heavy) railway signs signals. There are currently two major railway signal tagging schemas in Czechia, this proposal builds on one of them and widens support to nearly all sign signals in the Czech SŽ/D1 regulation. To achive that it also introduces two new signal categories railway:signal:rack and railway:signal:wheel_scrubber.
