Sure, in general, a non-namespaced article represents a feature type. We redirect it to a key or tag description page if there’s nothing to say about the feature type beyond the key or tag, or if we haven’t gotten around to writing more about it. Sometimes the name of the feature type turns out to be ambiguous, so a disambiguation page is perfectly reasonable. Alternatively, you can stick {{about}} at the top of the target page to avoid confusion. Either way, make sure to update any page that links to the existing redirect, using the “What links here” link in the sidebar.
