I have been reviewing edits by StarLord4K (uid 20063550), active August-December 2023 in Phrae and Nan provinces, inactive since.
Pattern found
Across roughly 765 changesets, this account systematically reclassified farm and agricultural tracks, often stripping surface=unpaved in the process:
- 1,162 ways: highway=track → service
- 433 ways: highway=residential → service
- 2,821 new ways created directly as highway=service that appear to be farmtracks
- 612 residential and 418 track ways deleted outright

- 140117090 (2023-08-20) and 140161452 (2023-08-21): Russ McD flagged the pattern and reverted what he could (144927272, 144927790).
- 140704569 (2023-09-02) and 141326009 (2023-09-16): I raised the same issue directly with them.
- 144655958 (2023-12-01): Russ flagged a Hwy 11 edit sourced from Google aerial imagery (not a permitted source) that broke connectivity to Hwy 101.
- Separately, 140046095 (2023-08-18): Johnny Carlsen flagged an accidental deletion of woodland (way 1059821021), status unclear.
Prior warnings
They apologized each time and said they had stopped, including claiming on 144655958 that they’d stopped since Russ’s first message, but the pattern continued across several changesets after that.
Plan
Account’s been inactive two years, so treating this as cleanup rather than escalating further: revert the remaining reclassifications to their original highway value, retag the new farmtrack-as-service ways as highway=track, cross-checking against Russ’s known reverts first to avoid duplicating work.
