I found a landuse-area to be gone for a while. As I don’t have the ID, I can’t restore it, and the ways to do so, seemed complicated to me. Can somebody give me a clue or - even better - just restore it?

Probably accidentally. Let me check if I can revert it without conflicts.
I noticed that the user who did it (registered only 3 month ago) almost never uses changeset comments. Only 9% of his changesets actually have a comment about what he did: HDYC: Dornbacher
I found a landuse-area to be gone for a while. As I don’t have the ID, I can’t restore it
I would try to get the id with overpass api attic data (set a time when you think it was still there and zoom right into the spot, then download)

ja, das Löschen des Wohngebiets war keine Absicht und war wohl ein Anfängerfehler. Sorry!
Ich habe die Arbeit für OSM entdeckt, macht mir Spaß und habe viele Objekte in Kleingartengebieten neu eingezeichnet oder Umrisse und Position korrigiert, alles auf Grundlage von „Vienna:Orthophoto (aerial image)“ oder persönlicher vor-Ort-Kenntnis.
Das mit den fehlenden Kommentaren werde ich ab sofort ändern, klar, und die Verwirrung tut mir leid.
Gibt es eine Möglichkeit, zB in einem abgegrenzten Gebiet („Kleingartenverein Trazerberg“) alle von mir neu eingetragenen Objekte zu kommentieren?

Looks like the residential landuse is crossing other landuse types, like highway, and needs to be split to actually be congruent with residential.
