With Esri as background image one can tell that there’s a development going on so it looks reasonable what you already added. Since the latest aerials don’t help much it’s mostly up to people on the ground to map new developments. Sorry to say: Happy mapping 
Here are some things for you to keep in mind when mapping:
- ways of any kind (residential, footway, …) need to be connected to other ways to be routable. Your newly added Terrace isn’t connected yet so routers won’t be able to go there.
- Have a look around at how Street Names are tagged in the area. You used all the abbreviations which can cause confusion.
- When looking for people in the US my guess is, that most can be found here https://osmus.slack.com/
- Have a tab with wiki.osm.org open to browse and read up on guidelines. If in doubt, ask
- To help people here to find a place you talk about it’s best to go to osm.org and zoom in closely. Then copy the URL from the adress bar in the browser to paste it here. Please don’t do it while in “Edit” mode.
