Would it be possible to create a forum covering edits in Kosovo?
I don’t expect it to have a huge amount of traffic (neighbouring forums https://forum.openstreetmap.org/viewforum.php?id=62 and https://forum.openstreetmap.org/viewforum.php?id=91 aren’t especially busy) but it would be useful to have a neutral place to discuss issues in Kosovo as an alternative to one of the forums based in neighbouring countries.
