Rendering problems in opencyclemap

I noticed some relevant ways not shown on the opencyclemap.

The first is ignoring highway=path, there was a topic about this: http://forum.openstreetmap.org/viewtopic.php?pid=18867

The other is not rendering highway=road even if it has surface=paved, implying that it’s suitable for biking.

There’s quite a few of them in my area (I don’t have enough data to fill the highway value), and not having them on the map makes it much less usable.

This is more of a bug report to opencyclemap, though.

I know this might be not the right place to ask this, but is the server config of opencyclemap available for download?
