Could you tell me why Administrative office point renders on the map as building number? Is it Ok?

As far as I’m aware, the map that you’re looking at doesn’t render any sort of office. It does render house numbers, which is what you’re seeing. There doesn’t seem to be a problem with the way that you’ve mapped it.
There are map styles that show this sort of thing (I maintain one and render tiles for the UK) but I’m not aware of anyone rendering slippy map tiles worldwide - though I’m sure that someone will correct me if I’m wrong.
Your mapped adminsitrative office will be visible in things like MAPS.ME (that does understand the “office” key).
