Relations => multipolygon vs. boundary

Could it be that we tagged most of the MOIN and other relations in Israel wrongly?
Shouldn’t the most relations use multipolygon instead of boundary?

Currently the most common way according to the real database is to tag according to the rules of multipolygons, but use type=boundary

Software should support all types until fixed in database…

So I would not worry about that too much.
