I searched for “Arctic Circle Trail” at the front page of www.openstreetmap.org , but nothing was found. But a relation “Arctic Circle Trail” does indeed exist: Relation: Arctic Circle Trail (8350961) | OpenStreetMap
Is there an error in openstreetmap.org , or could something be improved for tagging of the hiking route objects in OSM, so that it will appear in searches?

Most route relation types can’t be found by name in Nominatim. See the discussion here:

I'm trying to use nominatim as a search results provider but I can't manage to m… ake it search for relations, am I doing something wrong or are relations not supported?
The search on hiking.waymarkedtrails.org does find this trail, if that helps.
