I would like someone to review the neighbourhood of the four nodes I list below to see if the railway station/halt tagging looks right.
Background is that these nodes were all edited by Changeset: 170695459 | OpenStreetMap , an ill-advised automated edit over a year ago that broke a lot of railway stations/halts in Spain. Since then various duplicate nodes have been added.
Things I have done there that I would like confirmation about are:
- Where there were two nodes, one not part of the actual railway way, I have generally preferred to use the one not on the railway as the
railway=stationorrailway=halt. - I’ve tried to merge the node data rather than just deleting duplicates (eg, preserving wikidata ids from the broken nodes)
- Often these nodes seem to be part of a
railway=routerelation. I have removed thestoplabel from those relationshops. This is becauserailway=stopseems to mean “precise stopping position within the station”, and this isn’t actually data that we have - it’s merely a thing that 170695459 accidentally asserted. There doesn’t seem to be another label to use afact from the wiki so I just deleted the label. Also forstopit says the ordering within the relation is supposed to matter and I’m not sure how I even do that with the online editor.
If what I’ve done to those four nodes looks reasonable I can plug on with the other 154 (!) railway stations that 170695459 broke.

Sorry but (the forum won’t let me give proper links to the node
