who made the OSM-UK-Layar for Layar.com? (layar is an app for android and iphone for showing POIs near you. It works on the cellphone with the integrated GPS and the compass)
I have some questions about this:
- Which POIs are in this layar? (cause I’m from Switzerland, its not possible for me to check, which POIs will be visible. But I would make it the same way like you)
- What is the reason, that you made this layar just for UK? If you made a worldwide layer, will be the database to big, and then it will be to slow?
- How was the Procedure to make this layar? Can you make an Step-by-Step-Tutorial?
- Which icons do you use, for showing the POIs?
