In many local governments website e.g. subdistrict administrative organizations or municipalties, there is an tab generally under the organisational structure or plan call "Community Devlopment Plan" or in thai “แผนพัฒนาชุมชน” in earliest version of the document it will feature the introduction of it area of juristiction, including the map of i area of responsibility that many not ecist on general info or history tab of the websites.
I use it for assistance in drawing boundaries as some zoning map are too large in provincial level (ผังเมืองรมจังหวัด) are too vague and large to be trace with, communiy zoning level (ผังเมืองรวมชุมชน) , and document like"ประกาศตั้งตำบล or เเอกสารกำหนดแนวเขตตำบล" that are issued by ministry of inteior are too technical for causal such as myself.
I use these documents to drawong boundary of subdistrict like Mai Pattana in Ko Kha distict
My question is over
Can documents such as “แผนพัฒนาท้องถิ่น” are credible source to be use in drawing local boundaries?
As auch documents do not exist in every local governments websites.
