Pyroutelib2 or Gosmore as a serverside routing system?

Hey guys,

I’m currently trying to figure out, which of Pyroutelib2 and Gosmore I should be using as a serverside routing system.
Both provide the basic possibility to get a route through two Coords.

Did I understand correctly, that Pyroutelib2 loads osm-data on demand, whereas Gosmore is working on the planet.osm ?

Could someone shortly list pros/cons of the two libs?

Also, should I setup a own maptile-server, or can I utilize all the existing ones ? (maybe just when I have a lot of users?)

Big thx in advance.

Best Regards,

I know only a bit of gosmore and i can confirm that gosmore is working with .pak files created of OSM xml data. YourNavigation.org is working with gosmore. Usage of the OSM tile server is fine for small usage.
