Pub hours? Food served hours often differs to the opening hours

Adding the opening hours to an establishment seems strait forward. However, it would be useful if I could also add the food serving hours. Can or how can I do this. I have read various documentation, I have become even more confused. I would love some advice.
Here is an example:
Mo-We off; Th-Sa 12:00–15:00,17:30–21:30; Su 12:00–18:00 “Bar open”
Th-Sa 12:00–14:30,17:30–20:30; Su 12:00–16:30 “Food served”

Would Key:opening_hours:kitchen - OpenStreetMap Wiki work?

That looks like a problem solved. Thanks, Jarek

With FHRS tagging the food operation in a pub is rated separately to the ‘wet sales’ (selling beer) side of the business. This often leads to a separate node for the kitchen and hence you’d be able to tag the opening hours.

(apologies for off-topic diversion but) while there are definitely reasons why it might make aense to tag a pub’s food provider separately to the pub, a separate food hygiene registration wouldn’t necessarily be one of them. Quite a few pubs have separately named or branded restaurants or even fast food offerings - it might make sense there, but I wouldn’t do that if the “part of the pub that serves food” just has separate opening hours.

Thanks folks. The pubs that I want to add opening_hour tags to for drink and another for food servise are all managed by the same enterprice. I am not aware of any with the separation talked of above, but I will be vigulant.

Thank you. I should have included the caveat that lots of pubs round my way now operate the kitchens as a separate franchise and it then makes some sense to tag them separately. I don’t really like the additional node inside the pub building, but hey. FHRS alone isn’t the sole reason.

Given that the original question is for the UK, the OP should now find the FHRS ids and tag them.
