Proposing mass removal of NHD:RESOLUTION= and NHD:Resolution=

From my research it looks like one more mass imported tag that should not have been ever imported and just pollutes tag lists

Yes, editing to remove it will require editing objects carrying it which will increase version number.

(alternatives include removing it manually over course of multiple centuries, adding it to discardable tags or keeping it forever - personally I consider those as clearly inferior)

Yeah, I spotted it.

I can give exception for this one :) Probably should have mentioned it in the initial posting.

in unlikely case of tag reappearance edit may be repeated (I guess most likely if someone will make some kind of revert and resurrect old version)
