Proposed, delete, or something else? Parks that still do not exist

There are a couple of parks I stumbled across that were created 5 years ago and still do not exist. They are apparently owned by Fargo and planned to be parks at some point. This city has been rapidly expanding for many years since it is surrounded by flat farm land. I’m guessing the city is planning for the future when residential area surrounds this land.

With that in mind, it has been 5 years since the features were added. All satellite imagery shows it is still being farmed. Should these be deleted or marked as proposed? Or is there better tags to use?

Both already say status=proposed. Changing the tag toproposed:leisure=park would make sense to me.

Fix mentioned above makes sense.

But if no source was provided at all for supposed plans, and there are no obvious indications that the plans are still real it may be worth deleting them.

Except if outdated info is still visible on internet (in that specific case, I doubt, well :upside_down_face:). status=wont_fix ;-)
