Proposal for batch tree import on SUNY campus

Hello,

I am writing to propose a batch import of tree point data for the SUNY Binghamton campus in Broome County, New York, and to seek community consensus. This import additionally includes the deletion of 61 incomplete tagged existing tree nodes within the campus boundary, which is described within the Wiki in full below:

Hi, you’ve mentioned conflation as a post-import task. This really should be a pre-import task.

You also mention deleting existing trees during this, you should keep the history by conflating trees to be imported with existing trees in OSM, and only delete any other existing trees after manually confirming they don’t exist. Don’t just assume they don’t because your import data says there isn’t one there.
