Urgent Problem with log in:
We are having a mapthon tomorrow morning. I asked the participants to register before. A person had a problem, she desciebes it as follows: I wanted to register again and then the system said that I already existed . Then I went to Forgot password and entered my business e-mail address and to this day I have not received an e-mail so that I can log in with a new password (there is also nothing in the SPAM and junk e-mail folders).
can anyone help?

Perhaps contact support@openstreetmap.org by email from that account, with details of what you are trying to do?
One thing to add - if you’re using a business email address you may not have control over which emails you actually receive - businesses may have their own “quarantine” or “hard drop” rules that OpenStreetMap has no control over.
The quickest solution may be to “just use a different email address”.
