Are you listing somewhere notes happening outside any of listed country (say, at Null Island)?
I expect that many of them will be misplaced, invalid and easily closeable.

Currently I don’t because I cleaned up most of them - currently there are only 288 notes left without a country in my database.
I shall be putting them up for grabs when I return home from my holiday.
