Place Digital Photos in Openstreetmap

My big hobby is taking Photos (specially panora Photos … http://backblog.betriebswerk-landshut.de/tag/panorama/ )
My Question:
Is there an Way to show my photos on OSM like panoramio does it for google maps…?

And Can I do that from my own Website … without uploading my Images to another Service …?

For something on your own website, you could look at OpenLayers. http://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/OpenLayers
This lets you show an OSM map with various layers on top of it. So it could be icons you click on to see a photo. Maybe with a KML overlay, something like this example: http://openlayers.org/dev/examples/sundials-spherical-mercator.html
