Overpass queries

Greetings! I need help constructing Overpass query:

name=“Play It Again Sports” AND NOT shop=sports
(I looked online, no examples were not clear).

Second Question: Is there a website where I could store multiple QA queries (such as the example above), and possibly look at queries from other people?
