OSMCha or similar to view multiple changesets at a once by Single same user

Same user may have habit of “many small changeset”, e.g. Instead of adding 1000 building in single changeset, they are may add 10 building per changeset with 100 changesets in close timeframe.

How to have a combined changeset views
E.g. someome user make 15 changesets combined 1500 objects changet within 2 hours, my goal is to combine such changeset to view it at once and number of object change caps still keeps combined coubt up to 10,000 to avoid system overload

If you’re familiar with JOSM, you could download the area of interest, and then search for something like “changeset:1000001 OR changeset:1000002 OR changeset:1000003”.

Using Josm you can download a large area and search by user:”xyz” to see all the objects they last edited

Why this limit? Do you want to revert the changes?

Use Overpass:
