I’m looking for a way to exclude changesets created by StreetComplete, as usually they have no issues and due to the “one change per changeset”, those edits spamming the results. Though I can’t find any possibility of excluding certain editor names.

You can set minimum number of objects of objects tgat have been created, modified and deleted
", to filter out which changesets only few changes, include what you said “one change only per changeset”
My workaround for this is to subscribe to my OSMCha filters as an RSS feed and filter out everything in the feed that matches the generic changeset comments used by StreetComplete or other editors. I just do this in Thunderbird using message filters:

Thinking out of the box 
Unfortunately it doesn’t help in my area as there are as well several mappers doing such kind of edits with iD.
