Osmand Offline Map for Svalbard

Hi

I’m using Osmand and I’m looking for an offline map for Svalbard (northern island).
As I know Svalbard is a part of norway but the norway map does not include Svalbard.

Has anyone an idea under which name i can find a map, maybe one of the Russian maps?

I’ve downloaded the data for Norway and it does also include Svalbard. Maybe you should zoom in further? OSM doesn’t have much data for Svalbard.

Thanks a lot for testing that out, it seems that some places are included.
But on the world map all downloaded maps are highlighted green and svalbard isn’t green, so i hoped there could be some more detailed maps available.
Especially would be great to have more details of coast, mountains, altitudes, fjords etc.

Hello, you can check out almost all details which are in OSM if you go to: http://www.openstreetmap.org/#map=11/77.9654/14.6599
When you look around a bit you can see that almost nothing of Svalbard is mapped in OSM except island names, rough coastlines, nature reserves, some glaciers and few roads.
