osm within an html5 application (mobile device)

Hi :wink: I need know what I can do with osm in a mobile device.
I have an html5 application for mobile devices, and I have to add a map to it. I need know if is possible:

  • Locate users.
  • Create (draw) routes given some coordinates
  • Possibility of interacting with points (gas stations, bars…)
    I’d ppreciate some manual for it.
