Ja tässä OSM Legal Working Groupin vastaus OSM-logon osalta “The OSMF has not issued a formal intellectual property/trademark policy yet, but we are working on one see https://github.com/tieguy/collabmark.org/blob/OSM-draft/CPM/Collaborative-Mark-Policy-draft.md. In the past we have allowed modification of the logo for local use, you should however take the draft policy in to account and not imply official endorsement or exclusivity. Further, given that one day there may be a Finnish local chapter or user group, the design should be available to such a group down the road.”
