What is the OSM street update pattern?
Example: Weekly, Every 3 days, Monthly, etc.

It depends on the website, map or app that you are looking at. Some will be “every few minutes”, some will be “essentially never”.

It may not be obvious from the reply by @SomeoneElse but OSM is basically a database and the edits are immediately applied. The renderer used by OSM will update the map on OpenStreetMap.org as rapidly as resources allow.
But lots of companies and projects use OSM data. Some monitor and use changes/updates within seconds. Others use a once a month or so schedule. Yet others grab the changes at seemingly random times. And yet others may have grabbed data from OSM and never updated since. Each of those companies/projects are independent of OSM and OSM has no control over those update intervals.
Thus the answer “it depends on the website, map or app that you are looking at.”
