Is there a way I can create a custom driving route on OSM and export it to a phone app where it can be used for turn by turn navigation?

This would be immensely useful to create beautiful drives through scenic routes not often taken.

This video by Bart Eisenberg explains how you can accomplish this using OsmAnd. He creates the route directly on his phone. Could this be a workflow that works for you ?
