Hallo,
wie kann ich die Karte z.B. von Bulgarien so aufrufen, dass die Beschriftungen / Orts- und Straßennamen etc. nicht in der Landessprache sondern in Deutsch angezeigt werden? In der derzeitigen Form ist die Karte für mich nicht nutzbar, da ich keine osteuropäische Sprache beherrsche.

I guess your problem is not that you don’t speak Bulgarian, but that you can’t read Cyrillic script? For many languages that use Cyrillic script, as well as for Greek, the name in Latin script is tagged with int_name=*, using the official transliteration method of the country (afaik). When that is missing, the next most common tag with Latin script is name:en=* To get the German transliteration, the item should have name:de=* but this is less common. Hatte ich getestet, aber leider nicht leider schwer zu lesen, da die kyrillischen Texte vorrangig bleiben…

Exactly that is the issue. But how to get a map having EN or DE script?

anschauen, da werden die Namen in lateinischer Schrift prominent dargestellt, natürlich nur die, die auch so hinterlegt sind.
