OSM in Wikimania in Haifa

Hi,

There will be 2 OSM sessions in the coming Wikimania in Haifa in early August:

The Free Wiki World Map: Openstreetmap, on Friday, August 5th, at 16:30 – 17:45
OpenStreetMap mapping party, after the 1st session, on Friday, August 5th, at 18:00 – 19:00

Seems like we will get a lot of OSM folks in Haifa for this event and for the mapping party.
I would love to attend, but I’m not nearby.

Perhaps this opportunity can be used to enable the OSM-gadget ( http://de.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hilfe:OpenStreetMap/en ) in the Hebrew Wikipedia? The OSM-gadget allows to directly view an article’s location on an embeded OSM map in wikipedia.

It is already enabled by default on the German (e.g. http://de.wikipedia.org/wiki/Haifa)), the Russian ( e.g. http://ru.wikipedia.org/wiki/%D0%A5%D0%B0%D0%B9%D1%84%D0%B0 ) and the Italian wikipedia (e.g. http://it.wikipedia.org/wiki/Haifa ) and possibly on some more.

It would however be nice to enable this feature on more wikipedias, both from OSM’s as well as wikipedia’s point of view.
