Hi I am A kean Cyclist and have been told that i can down load tracks that i have greated in Endomondo GPX file to OSM App on my Phone to use the sat nav for voice guildance so as to be able to follow a route i have already tracked can anyone help with this please

You missed to tell us what phone you own exactly.
See on your own at http://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Software and pick the right sub page.
Then more or less apps are listed. Read each one’s description whether any app is able to load and display a GPX file you can follow.
Ask here again if you get stuck in detail. Butt tell us then what you have tried so far.
