OSM Boundaries error

I have followed all the step for installation of osm map server.
While I am correction the boundaries the following error shows.
Please help me.

1)Make sure you have a PostgreSQL database set up with PostGIS enabled.
→ my PostgreGIS is enabled.
2)Run run.py -f 2 -t 4 data.osm.pbf with appropriate options set for your database and desired admin levels. See run.py --help for available options.
→ the following error shows.

twtech@twtech:~/osm-boundaries-master$ ./run.py -f 2 -t 4 /home/twtech/india-latest.osm.pbf
Traceback (most recent call last):

psycopg2.OperationalError: fe_sendauth: no password supplied

I suppose you mean these instructions:

https://github.com/mapbox/osm-boundaries

Does your database have a password?

yes sir that instruction.

yes sir that Instruction.
No password for my database.

Looking at similar problem:

https://stackoverflow.com/questions/17996957/fe-sendauth-no-password-supplied

maybe you should make the server trust the twtech machine (if it’s the same, this could be local) and restart database.

In pg_hba.conf file shows.

Database administrative login by Unix domain socket

local all postgres peer

TYPE DATABASE USER ADDRESS METHOD

“local” is for Unix domain socket connections only

local all all peer

IPv4 local connections:

host all all 127.0.0.1/32 md5

IPv6 local connections:

host all all ::1/128 md5

Allow replication connections from localhost, by a user with the

replication privilege.

#local replication postgres peer
#host replication postgres 127.0.0.1/32 md5
#host replication postgres ::1/128 md5

how can i change the md5 to trusted.
