OS licence infection - have I caught it?

I’ve just added an area on North Rona so as to label the area with historic tags.

The site is well mapped already - what I added was a rough polygon to hold the name and Historic Environment Scotland ref tags.

I did that by looking at the map on the CnES/HES page, and thought: “That’s obvious, the scheduled monument is the whole of the walled pillow mound cultivation that’s already in OSM”. So I threw a shape round the existing feature (love throwing shapes…) and set the tags.

I didn’t trace the shape on the OS map inset on the HES page at all - just recognised the shape on the HES layer as the same as the one already in OSM.

But now I wonder if I’ve unintentionally brought OS data into the map.

The safest thing would be to delete, but would rather not if folk better informed than me are confident that it’s pukka.

Any thoughts? Thanks.
