We can make that change within a day or two unless anyone proposes a different solution in the meantime.

The changes have been made. Since some ways were split and edited by others in the meantime, it took a few more steps than expected, but here are the changesets.

1. The disputed source:hgv removed from the National Truck Network, while leaving the hgv=designated: 166599370, 166598508, 166598540, 166598562.

2. The ways referencing the disputed TxDOT source have been updated to hgv=yes: 166598909, 166598950, 166598969, 166598999, 166599022, 166599038, 166599603, 166599731, 166599990, 166600051.
   (note: in our original bulk edits using the TxDOT source, we did not modify any way that already had an hgv value of designated, no, destination etc.)

The National Truck Network routes in northern Texas are mostly missing, so we will likely address that soon.
