進前佇咧Telegram台灣的群組討論，敢有可能成立有法人身份的地方分會。
單獨申請法人閣來申請local chapter傷傷神啊，應該較無法度的選項，有法度的方式是揣已經存在的法人組織來協助。有詢問Wikimedia Taiwan敢會當用OpenStreetMap Italy模式，用Wikimedia Italy的立案身份來代表OpenStreetMap Italy。
Wikimedia Taiwan是講會使，OpenStreetMap台灣的成員愛來加入Wikimedia Taiwan變成有Wikimedia Taiwan會員身份，來行使相關的權利，親像講有預算會當規劃，付網址的錢猶閣有擴充這馬Panarmax Taiwan的容量，會當買新的硬碟。

Hello everybody
We have discussed the possibility of the OpenStreetMap Taiwan community applying for the local chapter on Telegram.
It seems not workable to apply solely the OpenStreetMap Taiwan under the Taiwan law system. However, it might be possible to act under an already legalized organization. We have requested Wikimedia Taiwan if it is possible to apply the OpenStreetMap Italy mode, using Wikimedia Taiwan’s legal body to represent OpenStreetMap Taiwan.
Wikimedia Taiwan is quite positive about this model. The OpenStreetMap Community members have to apply for the Wikimedia Taiwan membership and pay an annual membership fee. OpenStreetMap Taiwan members have the right to decide the budget, for example, paying the domain registration fee and supplementing hard disks for Panoramax Taiwan

單獨申請法人身份再來申請local chapter太費精力了，應該是比較之下相對不好的選項，比較順利的方式為找已經存在法人身份的組織來協助。經詢問Wikimedia Taiwan是否能比照OpenStreetMap Italy模式，用Wikimedia Italy的立案身份來代表OpenStreetMap Italy。
Wikimedia Taiwan是瞭解之後允准，OpenStreetMap台灣的成員需要加入Wikimedia Taiwan變成Wikimedia Taiwan會員身份，來行使相關的權利，例如說規劃預算，付網址的錢，以及擴充前陣子談到Panarmax Taiwan站的容量，就能買新的硬碟。
