I am Omran NAJJAR, a Syrian living in EU and trying to gather some information about OSM Syria maps and community!
Currently, I have built a form in Arabic to check interest and scan who might be interested in some mapping activities in Syria specially nowadays as lots of organizations, businesses are evaluating the situation after the fall of Assad regime and the transition period the country has.
The request and support you can do is sharing this news among OSM mappers who might be interested in mapping in Syria. I will be adding soon the link to the form, it is under voluntarily review by some Arabic native speakers friends.
