I’m trying to get a garmin file for Oman country. But I usually obtain the following servers errors :

Server status:
osm.pleiades.uni-wuppertal.de/garmin/, queue = 0 requests (~0 days), status = OK
osm2.pleiades.uni-wuppertal.de/garmin/ not available!
sn21.pleiades.uni-wuppertal.de/garmin/ not available!

Is it definitely not available or temporarily ?

Is there another solution to get a Garmin map ?

This service has some problems lately.

Check if other provider generates Oman map. https://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/OSM_Map_On_Garmin/Download
If not, there is always the option to build your own maps https://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/OSM_Map_On_Garmin#Creating_Your_Own_Maps_from_OSM_Data
