As far as I can see OSM is only usable via browser and webpage.
There is no Android App available.

there is no official app, but there are numerous apps powered by OSM data
Organic Maps, Osmand and mapy.cz are among ones I have installed.

Nobody had asked for an ‘official’ OSM app either.
Only answers that there is no ‘official’ (whatever you want to understand by that) app. That is also correct and nobody has denied it.
