Nine year old import of Trees in London, Ontario

A user imported trees into London from what likely is a data source provided by the city. The City of London releases there data under a unique version of the Canadian Open Government Licence (OGL), and is not on the approved list on the wiki.

Does anyone have knowledge that the license is compatible with ODbL? If not, I believe the edit should be reverted.

I’m in the process of reverting the un-discussed import. Because original edits were done 7 years ago, each revert takes time since some of the nodes have been modified.
