New user vandalizing names on POI's and Roads

Hi, can we get this user blocked? youlooklikepops | OpenStreetMap

Their first ever changeset was vandalizing the map with profanities, some real nasty stuff.

I’ve reverted their changes but want to prevent any further vandalism from happening.

There has been some highschool child active in that area for the past few days. I believe this is the fourth account. Nothing difficult to revert luckily. Just shock value vandalism.

For the future, please just report them as a vandal through OSM or through data@openstreetmap.org
