it would be fine if i could select the sections to show on “New posts”.
I am not interested on posts in russian or polish

The anpoop (all new posts on one page) plugin does not have that functionality unfortunately so this is quite difficult to achieve. I do understand why you would like such a feature though.
I don’t know of any plugin that provides the functionality that you would like.
