In Bahrain’s Muslim Shia majority there are “Husayniyya” buildings where gatherings are hosted during religious and community events. These type of buildings are also very popular in Shia majority Iraq, Kuwait, Oman, and Iran.
Can we add it? :)

its primary purpose is religious kinda fitting the Parish hall description. I am not familiar with Parish halls.
wikipedia describes it as “associated with a church”, but a Husayniyya is a standalone building with a unique style
