Hi I’m ram from Chennai outskirts (Guduvanchery), I’m new to this and have added some street and road and building info on OSM,

But need guidance wheather it is correctly done or need improvement

Since you have been using StreetComplete it is highly unlikely that the edits can have a technical issue. So as long as you are mapping things like you see them on ground, everything looks fine, you can continue without the fear of messing up.

And also have a question regarding that, in streetcomplete I can add walking pavement for a road for specific length alone,

Eg :

Here I only need the coloured segment of the road alone to have the pavement option but it selects the entire road length with pavement option when done in streetcomplete

Scroll down, click on uh... then click on differs along the way... And split the road to map only the part needed

The option is not visible in streetcomplete, any other way for it

I think it shows in lane Marking, but I was looking for pavement adding and didn’t see the “uh” button

Click on 3 dots and then click on split way
