New (but disappeared) user in the South of Georgia

Hello, maybe there’s someone who has some familiarity with the area.

A new user has popped up, deleted a bunch of stuff and said in their changeset comments “These are all changes to the road and building network of the Jones Ecological Research Center at Ichauway. They will be re-drawn based on the center’s GIS”.

While some things have been redrawn, some haven’t. They haven’t replied to comments, and they haven’t mapped in OSM for 10 days or so.
