Are you uploading recent imagery for Lesotho from the CD:NGI set?
CD:NGI do not capture imagery for Lesotho, other than a few bit near the South African border. I can get access to historic 1:50k topographic maps series of Lesotho, but it isn’t free.
I have all the historic sheets for eSwatini / Swaziland and I raised £450 in part to help purchase the sheets and pay someone to help GeoTag / rectify them. I’d need to raise a similar amount to be able to put the Lesotho sheets online. Here is Namibia which I put online a few years ago.
Oh, I realise that it is only border areas of Lesotho, but that covers a large proportion of the populated areas.
Yes, most of the western side of Lesotho will be updated to 2023 imagery from the current 2017 imagery.

You might be interested in the 1:250k South African series which does cover Lesotho, I am unsure how South Africa sourced the details, but I suspect it is sourced from the 1:50k topographic series of Lesotho: OpenStreetMap - NGI - Topographic Series
