I am developing some project and i need Israel neighborhood shape file.
Is there such data ? if so how i can get it ?

What do you mean with “Israel neighborhood shape file” ?

Map data for coutries around Israel? If yes → see that area on www.openstreetmap.org → many features (not all!) that are renderes there are included in the OSM data.

When you want to dowlnoad OSM data of that area, see http://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Shapefile to get that as shapefile.
