Need only boundaries but no road lines simple plain

We need to show all countries and states boundaries not road lines. Please suggest, how to achieve this in OSM map tool.

Can you be more specific? Which OSM map tool? There are thousands of different uses of the OpenStreetMap data, so we’ll need to know what your goal is and what software you’re using.

Please go to http://help.osm.org/ and do a search there for “export boundaries” or similar.
