I’ve seen some strange names in Barcelona .

ref=‘<>’ - This is very confusing . look into http://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Key:ref - when you did not know the ref-value, please define no value.
name includes (industrial) - in other points (train) etc. - this are normallay tags for destination. look to http://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Proposed_features/Destination_details for industrial, train…
the information looks like “mapping for render…”
i know many about mapping in spain - but this type of mapping was new.
I think you should even think about this form of tagging. even the use in navi-software was very difficult.
