The relation doesn’t have any tags that are recognized as main tags by Nominatim. On the inclusion of the power key in Nominatim, please see the discussion around Objects with Power key (ie. power plant, substation, etc.) are not reported by Nominatim · Issue #523 · osm-search/Nominatim · GitHub.
